    Terrible

    Item never arrived. Was told it got lost in the post but royal mail 'tracking number' showed that they hadn't even received the item

    Never received item

    Ordered 2 weeks before Eid for my baby daughter but item never arrived. It’s now 3 days after Eid still no sign of order so have asked for refund now. Very disappointing
